Follow these simple steps to start using our service and have your UK purchases delivered to you.

Step 2: Verify your email address
Login to your email account and verify your email address.
Step 3: Login to your account
Login to the account you just created with us.
Please make sure you use the exact address provided to you. Each address is unique to the user.
Step 4: Get Your UK Address
View your unique UK address on the 'Dashboard' page.
Make sure to use the UK based website to use our service
Step 5: Shop on UK Websites
When shopping on a UK website, deliver your goods to our warehouse.
Step 6: We Receive Your Items
Once we receive your items, we will send you an email notification.
Step 7: Check Your Parcels
Visit the 'My Parcels' page to view your items. Update the cost of the item.
Step 8: Choose Shipping Method
Choose from either Air or Sea shipping and decide whether you want to insure your parcel.
Step 9: Make Payment
Complete the payment for your items and shipping. Make sure to use "MAILPALLET15" to get 15% off on the shipping price.
Step 10: Receive Your Items
Your items will be delivered to your personal address.
